 AACS Meeting Information Minimize

All meetings are on Mondays
 1830-2100
Link to Driving Directions

(1) Meetings usually begin promptly at 6:30 PM; arrival a bit before then is advisable and requested.

(2) Visitors are always welcome, but we recommend first contacting the commander (see above) for the smoothest possible transition.

(3)
Please always dress appropriately for the weather; we may be indoors and outdoors during the evening. Weather may be checked at:
http://www.intellicast.com; enter 80840 in the zip-code/location box at the top of the page and click the blue 'Local Weather' button. Please remember that it may be 80 during the day time, but once the sun starts settling, temperatures will rapidly drop, and it gets breezy. Afternoon/evening thunder showers are always possible here due to the mountainous terrain in immediate proximity to the squadron.

(4) Please always just check this web site (
http://www.aacs.us) prior to heading out to any meeting! In as much as it is possible, this web site will be updated to advise of cancellations for any reason. Members will also, in as much as it is possible, be sent emails advising of cancellation. If you decide that the weather is not sufficiently good for you to drive to the meeting, your absence will be excused; your safety is always our primary concern.

Sincerely,

Major Daniel E. Hartman, CAP
