Welcome to the Adams County Cadet Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, Colorado Wing

Welcome to the Adams County Cadet Squadron website.  We are youth in the Adams County 27-J School District in the Brighton, Colorado, area.  We are a Civil Air Patrol squadron sponsored by the Adams County 27-J School District. We learn about youth leadership skills, aerospace education, and disaster preparedness.  We volunteer in our community.  We learn about possible jobs in the military and aviation, aerospace, and space industries through the Cadet program.  We have fun while getting physically fit and developing our study skills and work habits.  This helps us prepare for life and the work world.  And we get to wear the uniform of our veterans and active duty Air Force which we are proud to do!  This is a special after school program with additional opportunities that we wouldn't get anywhere else.  Visit us and you will see.

If you attend a school within the boundaries of Adams County School District 27-J, you are welcome to attend a Squadron meeting. Youth ages 12 through 18 and parents are invited to visit.  We'll be happy to see you!

Squadron Meetings are held at:  Brighton Heritage Academy, 830 E. Bridge Street, Brighton CO 80601, on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Squadron Commander:  Capt Cathy Laliberte, 720-685-7604
