As we get information to pass onto parents, we will post it on this website.  The idea is to allow you access to information without having to login to the website.

Just understand that a lot of the information we cannot post on a public site because of OPSEC and Privacy Act reasons.

If you have any suggestions for information you would like access to, please contact the recruiting and retention officer, 1st Lt Bill Romano, CAP,, squadron commander, Lt Col Mike McNeely, CAP,

Update on Cadet Programs from NHQ

An update from the National Headquarters team regarding cadet programs innovations this fall.  Please take a look and let your chain of command know if you have any questions.  You can acess the flie by clicking here.

Online Testing
Online for cadets is now available!  Along with this is the new Learn to Lead Textbook.
Here is the website that describes the new procedures:
Here is the website with the new leadership texts:
Here is a copy of the new drill tests. can see what you will have to do:
A couple of notes:
1) This is only for Leadership and Aerospace through Mitchell
2) You are not required to switch to the new books or online testing
3) Milestone tests are still paper copies
4) Each new leadership test has a drill portion as well which will have to be done at the squadron
5) You may attempt the test at any time within your window.  80% passing, open book.  First failure, you are locked out for a week.  Second failure you are locked out until you go over the test with a senior member.
There will be some growing pains as we transition to this....but I encourage you to take advantage of this.  It will give us a lot more time at the squadron to do other fun things!
If you have any questions please send them through your chain of command.
Gaining Access to Peterson AFB

Once you have submitted a completed application, we can add you to a visitor list that we submit to the base each week.  This will allow you access to base for the Tuesday night meetings without having to be sponsored by MSgt Wilson and before you get your Contractor's Badge.  Please talk with Lt Jakeman or MSgt Wilson to get on this list.  Once you have been assigned a CAPID please make every effort to get your contractor's badge as soon as you can so we may remove you from this list.

Once you become a member of CAP, if you do not have a DoD ID card, you will need to get a Peterson AFB Contractor's Badge. Please click here to read instructions on how to do that.
