...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM MDT FOR WEST CENTRAL HUERFANO AND NORTHEASTERN COSTILLA COUNTIES... At 719 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen across portions of the Spring Creek burn scar, including 0.7" to 1.4" in Pass Creek Drainage. Flash flooding is expected to continue.
